Ethical behavior tends to be good for business and involves demonstrating respect for key moral principles that include honesty, fairness, equality,  dignity, diversity, and individual rights. Ethical behavior and ethical decision making are not always easy.
This interactive workshop is designed to help you work through a variety of ethical issues. As you practice finding solutions to different scenarios you will learn to exercise and strengthen your ethical "muscles" while developing stronger ties with your partners in the community.

Every session will include Emotional Intelligence Skill Building as well as the ability to begin creating your own personal Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making process.
